Job summary

Triumph, via TBK Bank, seeks a customer-focused Bank Teller to provide prompt, accurate financial transactions and exceptional service. You will help build relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, and support branch goals with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities include greeting customers by name, processing financial transactions, balancing cash, and assisting with new account openings while adhering to CIP and Know Your Customer policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Six to twelve months of bank teller experience required.
• Customer service or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service by welcoming the customer by name and exceeding expectations.
• Maintains and builds customer relationships to drive goodwill and additional business.
• Recognizes, responds to, and refers sales opportunities (Accounts, Credit Cards, Loans).
• Balances currency, coins, and checks in cash drawer at end of shift and adheres to security policy.
• Processes deposits, cashes checks, and handles wire transfers and online banking tasks.
• Opens new accounts with complete documentation and timely follow-up.
• Proactively answers customer calls/emails and resolves issues with timely feedback.
