Job summary

Cornerstone Capital Bancorp, Inc. seeks a Teller to deliver friendly customer service while handling lobby and drive-thru transactions. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy, maintaining compliance with bank policies.

The role supports weekend rotations and a variety of daily tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to learn new systems quickly while delivering professional service to customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant banking/financial services experience a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, prompt, and accurate teller transactions.
• Receive checks and cash for deposits, verify amounts, and record deposits.
• Count and package coins and currency.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift and report discrepancies.
• Process bank-by-mail and issue cashier's checks and gift cards.
• Promote other bank services such as loans, IRAs, CDs, and safekeeping.
