Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) with accuracy and cash handling discipline.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options to enhance convenience.
• Engage customers in needs-based conversations to identify banking solutions and refer to specialists as needed.
• Support branch operations, guide customers to the right team member, and assist with lobby engagement.
• Protect customer information and follow security, authentication, and compliance procedures.
