Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and professionally.
• Develop customer relationships to share product knowledge and services.
• Exhibits proficiency in completing customer banking transactions following procedures.
• Serves as a backup for other positions and performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Participates in examinations, audits and third party reviews.
• Complies with Information Security Program and maintains risk awareness.
• Establishes a good image for the Bank by being active in the community.
• Attends meetings as assigned.
• Develops working knowledge of Bank products and services to provide quality service.
