Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and up to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Above average verbal and written communication skills; ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to perform basic math including discounts, interest, percentages, and algebra.
• Strong reasoning to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to outlying branch areas.

Responsibilities

• Receive training in all facets of banking according to the training schedule.
• Work in various positions during training to apply learned skills.
• Serve as a backup for other positions and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Assist with examinations, audits and third party reviews.
