Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.

Ability to work well with others and handle customer needs with tact and care.

Responsibilities

Opening new accounts and assisting customers with account questions and services.
Helping customers with IRAs, ATM/Debit cards, Internet Banking, E-Statements, and Mobile Banking.
Greeting customers and providing friendly, helpful service.
Supporting teller operations when needed.
Assisting with Safe Deposit Box rentals, access, and payments.
Monitoring reports and completing daily operational tasks.
Building relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs.
Working closely with your team to provide excellent service and support daily branch operations.
