United Bank in Griffin, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Griffin Main team. The CSR delivers Signature Service, builds relationships, identifies needs, and supports opening and maintaining accounts with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities include identifying customer goals, recommending products, opening deposit accounts, resolving concerns, cross-selling, documenting interactions, and adhering to banking regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred (banking experience a plus).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer goals using a consultative sales approach.
• Open, maintain, and service deposit accounts and related services.
• Build and expand customer relationships through proactive outreach.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying root causes and timely solutions.
