Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma and one year of service and sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with computers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides industry leading Signature Service.
• Maintains and balances teller cash drawer, handling all phases of teller transactions.
• Completes retail and commercial transactions according to procedures and prepares each for electronic processing.
• Uses a consultative approach to understand customers’ financial needs and educates them on products and services.
• Opens and maintains a variety of deposit accounts and financial services where applicable.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying and determining the cause and expediting the best solution.
• Recognizes and refers cross-sell opportunities.
• Captures and tracks key customer interactions for sales and service outcomes.
• Follows security measures, cash management policies, and internal control procedures.
