United Bank seeks a Universal Employee I (CSR/Teller) in Jackson, GA. This full-time role is the face of the bank, handling a range of financial transactions and customer needs to deliver Signature Service.

Duties include balancing cash, processing transactions, and educating customers on products. A high school diploma and 1 year of service/sales experience are preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year service and sales experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and active engagement in new technology.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills (both written and oral).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to derive innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provides industry leading Signature Service and handles teller and CSR duties.
• Balances teller cash drawer and processes transactions (checking, savings, payments, cash advances, certified checks, bonds).
• Opens and maintains deposit accounts and financial services, educating customers on products.
