Marquette Savings Bank in Erie, PA seeks a Customer Care Representative to handle routine transactions and assist customers with questions or product referrals. The role emphasizes risk-based decision-making, confidentiality, and accurate service within bank policies.

You will promote bank products, maintain knowledge of services, and ensure secure handling of customer information while supporting branch operations and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; banking experience preferred but not required.
• Broad knowledge of the bank's products and services is required.
• Ability to demonstrate general knowledge of bank compliance and information security.

Mansioni

• Accurately perform routine customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and check cashing.
• Apply risk-based decision-making to each transaction to help stop fraud.
• Provide customers with the forms necessary to transact business at the bank.
• Examine checks for endorsements and negotiability according to policy.
• Provide customers with proper receipts for payments.
• Consult with customers on Marquette products and services and make qualified referrals in the Connections system.
• Respond to customers' requests, problems and complaints, and route to the proper person.
• Receive information pertaining to accounts and route to proper departments.
• Process services for identified customers including stop payments, ATS, SaveUp, and card requests; explain bank services and policies.
