Marquette Savings Bank is seeking a Customer Care Representative to process routine banking transactions, answer questions, and refer products and services to customers. You will apply risk-based decision-making, ensure accuracy, and protect customer information.

The role requires knowledge of bank policies, compliance awareness, and solid computer skills to support daily operations and customer service excellence.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent. Prior banking experience preferred but not required.
• Broad knowledge of the bank’s products and services is required.
• Ability to demonstrate general knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act/USA Patriot Act, Privacy laws and regulations; including Expedited Funds Availability Act, EFT Act, and Truth-in-Savings Act.
• General knowledge of information security; safeguarding confidential customer information; understanding Bank policies.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately perform routine customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and check cashing.
• Apply risk-based decision-making to each transaction and help stop fraud per bank policy.
• Provide customers with forms and receipts and assist with product/service questions and referrals in the Connections system.
• Examine checks for endorsements and negotiability; explain bank services and policies to customers.
• Respond to customer requests, problems, and complaints and direct to the proper department as needed.
• Balance and perform basic mathematical computations with accuracy.
