UMB Bank in Provo, UT is hiring a Consumer Services Specialist to handle inbound calls and deliver an unparalleled customer experience. You will interact with customers across multiple banking systems to answer questions, resolve issues, and cross-sell suitable products.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1–2 years in customer service, English proficiency, and the ability to learn through training and assessments. Shifts cover M–F 7am–8pm CT and Sat 8am–5pm CT.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in English and able to learn banking products.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and protect customer privacy.
• Willingness to learn through training and pass assessments.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound service center calls and deliver customer service.
• Access multiple systems to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Cross-sell appropriate banking products where suitable.
• Maintain privacy by authenticating customers before discussing accounts.
• Participate in ongoing training and achieve performance goals.
