Job summary

New Tripoli Bank is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with banking needs. You will handle calls, emails and chat, provide friendly service, resolve issues, and promote bank products when appropriate.

You will also contribute to back-office reporting and record keeping to help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor in accounting/finance a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Banking call center or reporting experience beneficial.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping is essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve account inquiries, disputes, and online banking issues.
• Assist with password resets, account updates, and address changes.
• Promote bank products and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Maintain back-office records and reconcile accounts.
• Generate financial reports for supervisors and ensure regulatory compliance.
