Ephrata National Bank in Ephrata, PA is seeking a Customer Transaction Specialist to join our Retail Banking team. You will serve as the first point of contact in the branch, handling a variety of transactions with accuracy, courtesy, and professionalism.

This role emphasizes balancing routine transactions with problem solving, supporting account opening, debit card services, online banking tools, and fraud alerts while delivering best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

High school degree or GED required.
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and manner required.
Ability to participate in required educational classes.

Responsibilities

Process a variety of branch transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist customers with opening new consumer deposit accounts.
Provide courteous, knowledgeable support for banking needs including debit cards, online/mobile banking, travel notices, and fraud alerts.
Educate customers on digital tools and self-service options.
Refer customers to ENB business partners for lending, wealth management, and merchant services.
