• Handle debit card requests and issue resolution.
• Support Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Bill Pay.
• Meet personal scorecard goals contributing to department targets.
• Deliver exceptional service across phone, chat, email, and secure messaging.
• Represent the bank professionally and positively.
• Mentor teammates and help develop training materials.
• Potential SME in specialized support areas.
• Assist with cross-sell of bank products matched to customer needs.
• Complete training including BVS courses and compliance.
