Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic Universal Banker for our Plano, TX branch. The role combines teller, personal banker, and customer service duties to deliver retail banking services and develop new business opportunities.

Customer service and cash handling experience are required, banking experience is a plus but training is provided. This full-time position offers excellent benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
• Banking experience is a plus but not required—will train.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-service banking with focus on sales and service for new/existing customers, including cash transactions, account updates, and product information.
• Focus on customer needs to maximize experience during branch visits and on the phone.
• Meet/exceed sales and referral goals and branch targets.
• Provide information to customers about promotions, contests, and new account options.
