You will help customers with transactions, open accounts, and promote our products and services. The right candidate will have strong customer service and cash handling experience, willingness to learn, and be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Perform full service banking with a primary focus on sales and service to new and existing customers within the branch, with the ability to perform cash transactions, open or update accounts, and provide information on other products and services.
• Ability to focus on and fulfill customer needs to maximize the customer experience on the phone and during branch visits.
• Meets/exceeds sales and referral goals and meets/exceeds individual and branch targets.
• Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options.
