Job summary

wesbancocareers seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service and process transactions in accordance with bank policies. As the first point of contact, you will assist customers, identify referral opportunities, and help maintain accuracy and security.

The role emphasizes teamwork, confidentiality, cash handling, and balancing the cash drawer. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personally models the standards of the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Responsible for CSR cash drawer and follows proper balancing and cash handling procedures.
• Complies and operates within security and audit procedures.
• Maintains a position of trust and confidentiality by keeping employee information and customer business confidential and in a secured location.
• Contributes in a team environment to service customer needs by answering incoming telephone calls and any additional duties assigned to support the Banking Center.
• Meets established individual referral goals as assigned.
• Determines the appropriate individual/line of business to handle referral opportunities and follows up to ensure customer need was met.
• Completes outbound customer calls as needed to support the sales and service needs of the Banking Center.
• Develops and maintains working knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
