Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Banking, cash handling, sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to generate new financial relationships via outbound calling and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and handle cash drawer with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote bank products.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote cross-sell referrals to partners.
• Make outbound calls for onboarding and new customer acquisition.
• Prepare and balance daily transactions and ensure security controls are followed.
• Collaborate with branch staff to achieve goals and maintain compliance.
