Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Customer Service Advisor 1 - Float for the Spring Street Banking Center in Louisville, KY. This in-office role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and sales skills.

The position includes opening deposit accounts, handling transactions, and promoting bank products to customers and internal partners. You will build relationships, initiate outbound onboarding calls, and participate in community and team activities while ensuring compliance with security and policy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of cash handling, sales and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products.
• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer.
• Develop customer relationships and refer to partners for products/services.
• Initiate outbound calls for onboarding and prospecting.
• Promote products and services to customers and internal partners.
• Maintain security and audit procedures and provide excellent customer service.
