Range Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Michigan to handle deposits, disburse funds, and routine transactions while maintaining a thorough knowledge of policy, products, and procedures. You will be on the frontline, delivering excellent service and upholding confidentiality and cyber security awareness.

Range Bank provides a clear training path for new and experienced staff, including a rotation schedule with hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of customer service or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills."

Responsabilités

• Provides excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Performs routine office and customer service duties; greets customers, accepts deposits, disburses funds, and other transactions.
• Ensures all transactions comply with regulatory and bank policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Performs account maintenance and opens new accounts on request.
• Maintains product knowledge to cross-sell and informs customers of services.
• Participates in projects and initiatives to improve company performance.
• Has authority to resolve complex customer issues and adheres to policies.
