Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a friendly Bank Teller to handle routine financial transactions and guest inquiries in a professional branch setting in Michigan. You will assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and product information while maintaining accuracy and security.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth and potential contract-to-hire conversion.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring friendly customer service.
• Experience in banking, cash handling, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to balance cash drawer accurately and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately using the CBX system.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other routine transactions.
• Respond to member questions professionally and provide solutions.
• Provide information on banking products and services including loans and accounts.
• Balance cash drawer daily with high accuracy.
• Process money orders, cashier’s checks, and related transactions per procedures.
• Investigate and resolve account issues with internal teams.
• Support additional branches as needed.
• Participate in community events and provide admin/operational support.
