Responsibilities

• Deepen relationships by listening to customer needs and guiding to financial solutions.
• Provide follow-up to customer questions and resolve issues.
• Be responsive and timely in communications.
• Maintain customer business confidentiality.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Perform daily office tasks with the platform team to ensure efficient office operation.
• Maintain balancing records and correct outages as needed.
• Stay updated on bank policies and procedures.
• Handle customer problems professionally and refer complex issues to leadership.
• Demonstrate sound judgment within established guidelines.
• Identify customer needs during interactions and refer to Bankers and partners for consultative conversations.
• Build knowledge of Retail products and services offered.
• Use tools for referrals tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
