Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions and refer customers to appropriate partners for consultative conversations.
• Perform daily office responsibilities to maintain efficient operations and balance records per policy.
• Deepen relationships, listen to customer needs, and guide them to meet financial needs.
• Refer customers to Bankers and business partners for additional products and services as appropriate.
• Handle customer questions, provide follow-up, and ensure timely communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow risk and ethics guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
