Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time Banking Associate to deliver timely client transactions with accuracy and exemplary service. The role emphasizes educating clients on digital tools, supporting outbound outreach, and collaborating with branch teams to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include handling complex transactions with assistance as needed, adhering to internal controls, and participating in training to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency with PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing or locale changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Assist with outbound client outreach and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and risk management.
