Job summary

Gate City Bank is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support the Compliance Officers in maintaining a robust Compliance Management Program at our Fargo location. The role focuses on executing the program for key product and service areas under leadership guidance, with on-site and hybrid work options.

Responsibilities include compliance testing, policy maintenance, and staying current with regulatory guidelines to ensure satisfactory regulatory ratings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; 3-5 years of related experience.
• Experience in banking compliance with focus on consumer lending and deposit products.
• Knowledge of federal statutory and regulatory framework (e.g., RESPA, TILA, HMDA, ECOA).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Bank's Compliance Programs under the direction of Compliance Leadership and Officers.
• Assist in administering and implementing the Bank's Compliance Management Program.
• Execute Compliance Testing and Monitoring including assessments.
• Ensure policies and documents remain up-to-date and relevant.
• Monitor regulatory guidelines and implement compliant processes.
• Deliver exceptional service to team members and customers.
