Border Bank is seeking a Compliance Manager to join our team. The role offers office flexibility at Fargo, ND or in-border MN locations, with responsibility for the CMS, regulatory change management, and training across the bank.

You will act as the CRA Officer and coordinate examinations, audits, and governance reporting. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of banking compliance, a relevant degree, and professional certifications such as CRCM or CCBCO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or significant related experience.
• 4+ years banking compliance experience preferred.
• Professional certification such as CRCM or CCBCO is preferred; ongoing education expected.

Responsabilités

• Administer the CMS and enterprise-wide compliance program.
• Lead regulatory change management, policies, training, and monitoring.
• Coordinate examinations, audits, and management responses.
• Serve as CRA Officer and oversee CRA program administration.
• Provide board reporting and risk-based compliance governance.
