Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Compliance Testing Analyst to join the Risk team in the US. You will conduct regulatory control testing across lines of business, researching requirements and documenting results to support risk management and compliance programs.

The role requires 3+ years in banking, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. CRCM is preferred but not required. Salary ranges and benefits are described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law or related field.
• 3+ years experience in banking combined with operations, compliance, lending, audit or relevant business experience.
• CRCM or willingness to obtain a CRCM preferred, but not required.
• Attention to detail, strong time management skills, works well under deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of auditing/examination techniques and banking laws.

Responsibilities

• Plan testing approach and scope with the Testing Manager and SMEs.
• Execute testing steps and document findings in electronic workpapers.
• Identify weaknesses, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Prepare written findings and participate in exit meetings with management.
