Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Client Service Representative to support our Banking Operations team, handling inbound and outbound calls from Retained Asset and Corporate Liquidity clients. You will log inquiries, maintain system access, and execute transactions such as ACH transfers, stop payments, and wires in a fast-paced onsite contact center.

The role requires 1+ year banking experience and 2+ years in a high-volume call center, plus CRM and Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of banking experience.
• 2+ years of high-volume call center experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and banking terminology.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Log client inquiries with detailed descriptions in CRM.
• Perform transactional processing (ACH, stop payments, wires).
• Provide accurate information and solutions to clients.
