Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, guiding on operational, servicing, and platform inquiries.
• Support account servicing, workflow management, and platform-related activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, Client Service, and Relationship Management teams.
• Monitor client requests through completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions and non-routine client issues.
