Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Senior Specialist in Client Operations for Investment Account Services. You will be the primary contact for clients, coordinating responses across operations, product, technology, and relationship management teams.

You will support servicing workflows, model implementations, and platform activities while ensuring timely resolution of complex issues and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in client operations, client service, account management, investment operations, or related financial services.
• Experience supporting managed accounts, asset/investment operations platforms.
• Knowledge of managed account programs, workflows, servicing processes.
• Able to manage complex client, operational, and platform issues.
• Familiar with technology-enabled platforms and client servicing tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Commitment to client service, operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients on operational, servicing, and platform inquiries.
• Support account servicing, model implementation, workflow management and platform activities.
• Resolve complex client and operational issues with internal partners.
• Coordinate with Operations, Product, Technology, Client Service, and Relationship Management.
• Monitor requests and activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate operational exceptions and escalations with sound judgment.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on products, services, and workflows.
• Analyze servicing trends to identify process improvements.
• Support client onboarding, platform enhancements, and process changes.
• Maintain procedures and best practices for a controlled environment.
