Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks an Implementation Advisor in Chicago, IL to serve as the primary point of contact for client implementation requests and to help deploy a new Treasury fulfillment system. You will collaborate with Sales and Clients to add services to existing accounts, manage email queues, and ensure end-to-end processing for simpler projects.

You will communicate with clients via email and phone, create tracking packages, and perform research to answer inquiries using bank systems.

• Client-focused with ability to conduct discussions with clients confidently.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with all levels of the firm.
• Technologically savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients submitting implementation requests.
• Implement a new fulfillment system and Treasury products.
• Work with Sales Teams and Clients to implement products and add services to existing accounts.
• Manage a dedicated email inbox, prioritize client requests, and implement eligible items.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone.
• Create cases or packages for tracking, monitoring, and end-to-end resolution.
• Conduct research to respond to client inquiries.
• Utilize various bank systems to support client requests.
