Timberline Bank in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Client Services Specialist I to deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions while supporting new accounts and ongoing banking needs.

You'll work in a fast-paced team, develop knowledge of deposit/loan processes, and grow skills through structured training, with clear paths for advancement to higher client services roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strict adherence to confidentiality requirements.
• Proven people, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills with a team-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of compliance laws/regulations regarding deposit/loan accounts.
• Knowledge of Bank data processing system and deposit software platforms.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Ability to work on a computer for extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist customers and the New Accounts Team with wires, closing of accounts, account research and address changes.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls.
• Research FreshService tickets and document resolutions.
• Research/resolve credit/debit card issues and monitor card activity.
• Guide customers in setting up online banking and mobile apps; troubleshoot login issues.
