Job summary

The Client Services Review Specialist at Timberline Bank supports customers and the New Accounts team by processing wire requests, closures, and address changes, and by troubleshooting Online banking. You will review all new and revised deposit accounts for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Based in Grand Junction, CO, this non-exempt, full-time role offers advancement to the Review Specialist II and includes training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Confidentiality must be strictly maintained.
• Strong people, communication, prioritization and teamwork.
• Knowledge of deposit/loan compliance laws and regulations.
• Familiar with bank data processing systems and deposit software.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• Ability to work long hours on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and route calls to the right department.
• Process and review wire requests and account changes.
• Maintain deposit files and perform Premier system tasks after openings or revisions.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of new and revised deposit accounts.
• Assist Banking Specialists with deposits, wires, and address changes.
• Follow audit, security, and company policies and meet training requirements.
