Job summary

TBK Bank is seeking a Client Services Associate in Colorado to help facilitate accurate financial transactions and grow customer relationships. You will engage with customers to profile needs, suggest banking solutions, and refer them to the right teams for deeper service.

You will handle account openings, processing of transactions, and ensuring compliance with policies while delivering friendly, reliable support that strengthens loyalty and cross-sell success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 18 years old
• 6–12 months teller experience preferred
• Customer service, sales or cross-selling experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers, suggesting tailored products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.
• Open new accounts with accuracy and timely documentation.
• Assist with Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and more.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
• Help maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Professionally refer customers to various bank departments.
• Safeguard customer info, adhere to regulations, and maintain security.
• Process transactions while maintaining accurate records.
• Contribute to local community and bank-sponsored events.
