Job summary

TBK Bank seeks a Client Services Associate to handle accurate financial transactions and nurture customer relationships in our Colorado branch.

You will profile customers, suggest bank products, open accounts, and refer clients to other departments while maintaining security and compliance. This role emphasizes outstanding service, cross-sell opportunities, and contributing to branch goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, 18+.
• Six to twelve months of bank teller or retail banking experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Open new accounts with accurate documentation.
• Assist with Stop Payments and Debit Card orders.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and provide feedback.
• Maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Refer customers to bank departments as needed.
• Safeguard customer information and comply with regulations.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
