Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• 6–12 months bank teller experience preferred.
• Customer service and cross-selling experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers to identify needs.
• Provide prompt and accurate financial transactions.
• Open new accounts with proper documentation.
• Assist with stop payments and debit card orders.
• Refer customers to bank departments as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Contribute to branch goals and community involvement.
• Professionally handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
