Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• 6–12 months bank teller experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales, or cross-selling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers, tailoring product recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.
• Open new accounts with accurate documentation.
• Assist with stop payments and debit card orders.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and provide feedback.
• Maintain customer goodwill and support branch goals.
• Refer customers to bank departments professionally.
• Protect customer information and adhere to regulations.
• Process transactions with accurate records.
• Support community events sponsored by the bank.
