Ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 6–12 months teller experience, strong customer service and sales skills, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance in a team-oriented banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Six to twelve months of bank teller experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, sales, or cross-selling skills.
• Ability to profile customers and identify needs with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers, suggesting tailored products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.
• Open new accounts with accurate documentation.
• Assist with Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and more.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
• Help maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Refer customers to various bank departments.
• Safeguard customer information and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Process transactions with accurate records.
• Contribute to local community and bank-sponsored events.
