Job summary

Triumph Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Associate to support banking transactions and build strong customer relationships. You will profile customers, advise on bank products, and help ensure each interaction exceeds expectations within a service-driven environment.

You will open accounts, process transactions, and professionally refer customers to various departments while safeguarding information and complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Six to twelve months of bank teller or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in sales or cross-selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Open new accounts with accurate, timely documentation.
• Assist with stop payments and debit card orders.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and provide feedback.
• Refer customers to bank departments professionally.
• Safeguard customer info and adhere to regulations.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Support local community and bank-sponsored events.
