Qualifications

• Six to twelve months of bank teller or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to upsell banking products with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products/services.
• Provide prompt, accurate financial transactions and exceptional service.
• Open new accounts and document properly.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, and related tasks.
• Resolve customer issues and contribute to branch goals.
