Job summary

Triumph Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Associate to join TBK Bank.

You will facilitate prompt, accurate financial transactions, help build and retain customer relationships, profile customers, and advise on bank products while ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. In this role you will open new accounts, process transactions, coordinate with multiple departments, and promote cross-sell opportunities with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, 18+ years old.
• Six to twelve months of bank teller or related experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales or cross-selling is desirable.
• Ability to profile customers and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products.
• Provide prompt and accurate financial transactions per policy.
• Open new accounts with complete and accurate documentation.
• Assist with stop payments and debit card orders.
• Resolve customer issues with initiative and timely feedback.
• Refer customers to appropriate bank departments.
• Maintain customer information confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Process transactions and keep accurate records.
• Support branch goals and community involvement.
