Triumph Financial seeks a Client Services Associate to handle prompt, accurate financial transactions and to build customer relationships by profiling customers and recommending appropriate bank products and services.

You will deliver exceptional service, ensure accurate documentation, and professionally refer clients to various bank departments while supporting branch goals and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, preferred 6–12 months bank teller experience.
• Customer service, sales, or cross-selling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Profile and profile existing customers, suggesting tailored products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.
• Open new accounts with accuracy and timely documentation.
• Assist with Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and more.
