Job summary

Triumph Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Associate to deliver prompt, accurate financial transactions and build lasting customer relationships. You will profile customers, identify cross-sell opportunities, and provide exceptional service to support branch goals and community engagement.

As part of TBK Bank, a Triumph Financial subsidiary, you’ll play a key role in helping customers achieve their financial goals while upholding regulatory standards and security in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; candidates must be 18+.
• Six to twelve months of teller or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to profile customers and recommend bank products with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers, suggesting tailored products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.
• Open new accounts with accuracy and timely documentation.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, and more.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
• Help maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Professionally refer customers to various bank departments.
• Safeguard customer info, adhere to regulations, and maintain security.
• Process transactions while maintaining accurate records.
• Contribute to local community and bank-sponsored events.
