Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products.
• Provide prompt, accurate financial transactions per policies.
• Open new accounts with accurate documentation.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, and more.
• Refer customers to bank departments when appropriate.
• Safeguard customer information and maintain privacy.
