Job summary

Truist Financial is seeking a Regular full-time teller role in Nashville, TN. The incumbent will deliver a distinctive client experience, process complex and standard transactions, and uncover client financial needs.

Educating clients on digital banking, supporting the sales process with outbound calls, and participating in IRM activities are key elements. You’ll contribute to a compliant, customer‑centric team in a community bank setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and handle transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales with outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies; stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
• Handle workload based on branch demands.
