MidFirst Bank is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager in Glendale, AZ to support daily operations and lead a sales-driven team. You will assist with processing loans, opening accounts, and expanding customer relationships while helping staff meet service and sales goals.

You will build client relationships, generate local business leads, and ensure compliance and customer service standards. Weekend availability and notary eligibility are preferred requirements for this role.

Formación

• Minimum of three years successful sales experience in an incentive-driven or relational selling environment; previous banking experience preferred.
• Supervisory abilities include leadership, decision making, motivating others and positive conflict resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Must have a current Notary or be willing to become one at the Bank’s expense.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Banking Center Managers with daily operations and lead a team of sales and service professionals to meet sales goals.
• Process loan applications and customer transactions, open new accounts and sell banking products and services.
• Build and maintain client relationships to assess needs and cross-sell financial products.
• Generate sales leads through community outreach and develop business partnerships.
• Address customer questions about accounts, service charges and product features; resolve issues.
