Job summary

Bank Midwest is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager to lead through people, train a successful team, and deliver exceptional client service. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and promote banking products and digital tools to a diverse client base.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of sales experience, a strong work ethic, bilingual abilities, and an eye for accurate cash handling. A driving license and NMLS registration support the role at multiple branches.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent.
• NMLS registration as required by the S.A.F.E. Act and NBH policies including background check results.
• Valid driver's license and driving history meeting Bank’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with and through others, building and maintaining relationships.
• Train and coach a team using strong decision-making skills under Banking Center leadership.
• Communicate effectively to motivate others while addressing needs and concerns.
• Perform detailed tasks quickly, correctly, and within guidelines.
• Maintain guidelines, structure, and policies while working with others.
• Develop relationships with business partners and clients and introduce new products and digital solutions.
