Job summary

Security Bank of Kansas City seeks an Assistant Banking Center Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences and lead the team in the Banking Center Manager's absence. You will drive market growth, apply policies, and build long-term customer relationships through in-person, phone, and email interactions.

The role requires strong leadership, sales aptitude and knowledge of traditional and emerging bank products, with a focus on exceptional service and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years banking, retail or sales experience.
• Proven sales and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of consumer banking products.

Responsibilities

• Develop market-specific growth strategies to increase market share.
• Lead operations in the Banking Center in the Banking Center Manager's absence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships.
• Identify customer needs and refer to other bank services when appropriate.
• Supervise staff and coordinate teller scheduling and workflows.
• Promote bank products and services and ensure compliance with policies.
