Job summary

Cape Cod 5 is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager (ABCM) to supervise and mentor staff at a Cape Cod Banking Center. You will ensure exceptional customer care and deliver a full range of financial services, acting as a trusted advisor to meet customers' goals.

You will support staff, drive sales and maintain banking operations according to policy. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and guest-focused service within a retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and leadership abilities required.
• NMLS registration and Notary Public commission expected.
• Medallion signature guarantee training completion required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or four years of progressive retail banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and mentors Banking Center staff, including scheduling and coaching.
• Monitors management and performance reports.
• Builds rapport with customers and explains banking products and services.
• Provides backup to the Banking Center Manager and handles daily transactions.
• Ensures accuracy in deposits, loan payments, cash handling and endorsements.
• Manages opening/closing activities and drives customer-focused service.
